Voluntary Transfers for the middle and high schools are now available for the 2012/2013 school year. Forms can be accessed online or picked up at the individual school building. Applications may also be filled out at the Education Service Center at 1516 Washington St. between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. All applications must be received by June 1st, 2012.

All applications for Voluntary Transfer will be reviewed and parents will be notified by mail prior to the beginning of the 2012/2013 school year.
Elementary options are not yet available.
ALL Incoming Kindergartners must register at their boundary school. When Elementary options become available you may choose to fill out the application to apply for a transfer.
The Voluntary Transfer Program allows parents to transfer their student withing the Waterloo School District based on guidelines that have been set by the Board of Education. The only Voluntary Transfers allowed at the high school level will be from West High into East High due to building capacity limits. Voluntary Transfer approvals will be based on the number of spaces available by grade at the school requested and othe overall enrollment capacity.
