Although not given as much publicity as healthy eating and fitness, being a volunteer can also have a positive effect on your health.

Steps to Take…

Volunteer your time and talents during this holiday season, as well as throughout the year. Assemble food baskets, be a Salvation Army bell ringer, volunteer to mentor a child, etc. The rewards will be overwhelming!
