Principal’s Message
Welcome to George Washington Carver Academy. We invite you to explore our web site and learn more about all the things we offer our students. Carver is the state’s first official STEM school focusing on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Our STEM focus helps our students to see application of the objectives they are learning and stay engaged in their daily lessons. We also teach CHARACTER COUNTS! through our PBIS program. PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Intervention Supports and has helped our students and teachers address problems in a positive way. Our discipline referrals are down and our academic achievement is continuing to improve. We welcome you to stop by for a visit during one of our upcoming sporting events or parent nights.
