Guide to Registration P@S

If you have not registered for Parent at School yet, click here, next click on Register as a user.

Fill out your information at the top of the screen, and your children’s information on the bottom of the screen. When completed click Submit at the top of the screen

Once you have registered as a user, go to any of your children’s schools to sign a release form. You must bring a picture ID with you when you go to the school.

After a verification process you will be sent an email within 5* business days with your user and password. The email will come from helpdesk@waterloo.k12.ia.us, please check your junk or spam mailbox if you do not receive the email.

Only Parents on the student’s school record will receive access to Parent at School

If you have already registered for Parent at School, then click on Access your
students records and start looking at your child’s information.

If you need to add an additional student to your list – do the following:

Send an email to:

helpdesk@waterloo.k12.ia.us

List:

  • your student’s name
  • your student’s grade
  • your student’s school where they attends
  • your name
  • your address

The help desk will add your student to your list
