Q. I live in the 100 block of East Park Lane and the neighbor kids are all picked up by the schoolbus. Why is that when they are only three blocks from Hoover? A. There are several possibilities, including that there is an identified walking hazard, that the students attend a school other than Hoover, that there are seats on that bus and the parent has paid for the students to ride.
