New Help Desk Phone System

In an effort to serve you better, Technology Services has implemented a new phone system for the help desk. Now, when you call the help desk at 10158 (internally) or 433.1858 (externally), you will be able to hold for the next available staff member to assist you, rather than being forced to leave a message if staff are busy on other calls. This will allow technology to assist more individuals as quickly as possible. Please remember you can also log a support ticket by visiting https://helpdesk.waterloo.k12.ia.us . When using the online system, the appropriate technology staff member is instantaneously notified of your request via email, based no your location and the request type you selected.
