Bulk Mail Procedures Update
BULK MAIL:
Bulk Mailing is sorted by zip and stamped with our Permit No.
Bulk mailings have the same information to different individuals, such as newsletters. It does not include report cards, mid-term reports, or individualized letters to parents, etc. A bulk mail is not run through the mail machine, but is stamped with our Permit No. (706). You must have 200 or more pieces.
Do not forget to send your Bulk Mail Form indicating this information. Please stack all mailings neatly. If you are sending a bulk mailing that has been placed in envelopes (regular size 10), those envelopes need to be sealed or the flap tucked into the envelope. All large flat envelopes need to be sealed. If you need a Standard Bulk Mail Form, you can print off a copy attached below.
First class mail takes priority, so if you have a large bulk mailing, call or e-mail a day before. If you have any questions, you can call Karen Fritz, at 10171 or fritzk@waterlooschools.org , between 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or Linda Armstrong, at 10104 or armstrongl@waterlooschools.org.
We appreciate your cooperation and attention to these items. It will help speed up the daily mail processing time.
