The Waterloo Community Schools Foundation (WCSF) is an independent, non-profit charitable organization founded to support, enhance, and promote excellent educational opportunities for students in the Waterloo Community School District that are innovative and supplemental to the school budget. Beginning in spring 2012, we will begin to award outcome-based innovative grants to educators, schools, and the district at large, which best promote educational excellence and academic achievement for students.
